Requirements to Become an Edusmartech Partner

To qualify for our Partner Program, you must meet the following requirements:

INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Local Presence: You must reside in and understand the education sector of the country/region you wish to represent.
  • Relevant Industry Knowledge: Background in education, ICT, B2B sales, or school administration. You should understand how schools operate and make buying decisions.
  • KYC Verification: Valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and bank details for commission payouts.
  • Legal Eligibility: Must be legally able to enter contracts and receive payments in your country. Business registration preferred.
  • Professional Expertise: You must demonstrate professionalism in implementing and supporting education technology solutions.
  • Infrastructure: You must have the necessary infrastructure (e.g., hardware, software, internet connectivity) to support the partnership.

  • Data Security: You must have robust data security measures in place to protect sensitive information
  • Marketing Strategy: You must have a solid marketing strategy in place to promote Edusmartech's solutions.

CORPORATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Registered Business Entity: Valid business registration certificate from your country.
  • Dedicated Point of Contact: At least one staff member assigned to manage Edusmartech sales and client support.
  • Relevant Industry Knowledge: Existing business in edtech, IT services, school supplies, educational consultancy, or related fields.
  • Support Capability: Ability to provide first-level training and support to schools you onboard.
  • Marketing Plan: Brief outline of how you’ll introduce Edusmartech to schools in your territory.
  • Revenue Target: Onboard a minimum of 5 active schools within the first 6 months to maintain the 25% Corporate tier.
